If you select our roast-to-order services, we use one of our special gourmet blends or create a custom one using beans from all over the world. We can develop organic, single-origin, or other custom blends. Otherwise, we roast your green beans through toll-roasting services to create distinct and consistent flavor profiles.
If you have an existing roast, we provide co-packing services to optimize your roast for cold brew pitcher packs. During this process, our experienced sensory panel follows standard Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) cupping protocol to taste coffee. Then, we create samples and send them to you for tasting.
We preserve quality roasts using high-oxygen-barrier packaging, which protects the coffee flavor and aroma. Our pitcher packs are also nitrogen-flushed to create an extended shelf life.
