Joe’s Garage Coffee Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours from the time they are received, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Packaging:

  • Coffee beans are carefully packaged in airtight containers to preserve freshness during transit. Each container is labeled for transparency.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard ground shipping for domestic orders. International shipping options are not available at this time.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the coffee beans and the destination address. Customers can view shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing their order.

5. Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination address.

6. Tracking Information:

  • Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This allows customers to track the status of their package and estimate its arrival date.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
