It’s all about the process. Our streamlined four-step process ensures we achieve your desired results every time. The goal is to provide the taste profile you’re expecting so you’re proud of the outcome. This process has delivered consistent, high-quality results for our customers and we’re confident it will do the same for you.

Step 1: Getting Started

Roast-to-Order: We work with you to roast our beans to your specifications
Co-Packaging: We package your roasted coffee for you
Toll-Roasting: We roast your green beans for you

Step 2: INITIAL CUPPING

Sensory panels are often referred to as the sommeliers of coffee. They utilize standard Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) cupping protocol, and as they sample each coffee you provide, they document different quality criteria. This process allows us to set baseline standards to ensure your expectations are met.

Step 3: In-House SamplING

At this point in the process, we produce the first round of samples and will keep them in-house. No secrets here, we just want to respect your time by making sure every product meets the baseline standards set in the previous step. Developed by our team of experts, these samples allow us to control consistency and assure cup quality prior to sending to you for tasting. After our sensory panel determines the taste profile, cup quality, and extraction levels of each sample, they will make their recommendation for which samples best match your baseline standards and specifications. This is the most important step in our process where we create and communicate production guidelines to our roasting and packaging experts. We will then move forward to the next step and create samples for your approval.

Step 4: Your Turn to Taste

Now that we’ve determined what we feel is the best possible product to meet your needs, we create pre-production samples and send them to you for tasting. We will repeat this step for free until you are completely satisfied. Your specifications and our sensory panel’s recommendations are then locked into our system to assure that we can recreate the process. We understand and are fully prepared to receive your feedback, and we’ll make any changes necessary to ensure you’re proud to put your name on the results.
