At Joe’s Garage Coffee, you have several options for private label partnerships:
- Use our inventory of beans and existing blends through roast-to-order services.
- Send us your roasted beans and optimal brewing instructions for co-packing.
- Send us your green beans and roast details, and we’ll provide toll-roasting services.
All options deliver a sustainable coffee experience under your brand with full support from concept to completion. Besides coffee, you can create soft pods for specialty beverages, including flavored coffees and teas.
We also offer a range of formats and custom packaging options to make your private label coffee pods stand out on the shelves. You can choose 61- or 72-millimeter soft pods, depending on the brewing speed and flavor strength you prefer. We’ll package these pods in custom-printed bulk packaging up to 200-count. We also create custom-printed coffee cartons holding 16 to 18 pods.
Compatibility with Various Brewing Systems
We engineer our compostable soft pods for use with single-cup round pod brewers like equipment from Newco®, Keurig® and Nespresso®. Users can also steep them directly in a mug like a tea bag. This versatile compatibility enables their application in many scenarios, from stocking a hotel room to a retail shelf.
Fresh, Specialty-Grade Coffee
Through our services, you gain a high-quality coffee product. Joe’s Garage Coffee offers a premade selection of artfully crafted house blends. We can also use competitor benchmarking to create a custom blend using beans from Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, and beyond.
Whether you use our beans or yours, we follow a detailed sample creation process. We create and taste-test soft pods in-house with an expert sensory panel using cupping protocols approved by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
Once we’re happy with the quality, we’ll send samples to you to ensure the flavor meets your expectations. We use facilities that are Fairtrade and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Organic certified. Our nitrogen-flushed packaging locks in freshness for longer-lasting soft pods.
Large Production Capabilities
We provide high-volume runs for large enterprises, producing more than 55 million soft pods annually. Our industry expertise enables us to work with short lead times of as little as three weeks. These high-volume capabilities help us keep up with your demand. As soft pods leave the shelves, we’ll ensure you have another batch on the way to restock so your customers can always get the product they want.
