First, our expert coffee roasters craft initial sample roasts using traditional drum roasters with independent controls, precisely tailoring the roast to your desired curve. Then, we send you packed samples for your feedback. This step allows us to refine your profile until its flavor and quality are truly exceptional and consistently meet your expectations.

Yes, we follow the Specialty Coffee Association’s (SCA) cupping protocols when evaluating your coffee, upholding the highest standards for quality assurance. Our expert sensory panel meticulously brews and samples your coffee according to these SCA guidelines, allowing for an objective evaluation of its aroma, flavor, acidity, and body. Yes, we can help with the packaging of your coffee roasted through our toll-roasting service. Some of our clients opt to manage their own packaging, but we offer a comprehensive and streamlined co-packing solution from initial design to final fulfillment. This service makes it easy to get your expertly roasted coffee directly to your customers. We offer a diverse range of packaging formats, including traditional coffee bags, convenient pods for Nespresso®, and cups for Keurig®.

Our toll-roasting and packaging services have a typical lead time of around three to six weeks. Several factors influence this. These include packaging complexity, your order volume, and whether it’s an initial profile development or a repeat order. For instance, reorders typically ship within three weeks. However, developing your unique roast profile can extend this timeline. We always communicate your expected lead time directly to help you plan your production schedule effectively as a private label.
