Tailored Co-Pack Solutions for National Brands
We have numerous packaging options that allow you to deliver quality and convenience to your customers. Take advantage of our expertise in coffee products and roasting to offer the coffee your customers want. The coffee packaging options available include:
Cups for Keurig®
We can package your coffee into cups for Keurig® that are compatible with Keurig® 2.0 and other single-serve coffee machines. These cups are made from plastic and have a filter inside. We also offer compostable cups for Keurig® that break down in compost.
Pods for Nespresso®
We offer pods for Nespresso® with a recyclable capsule and a high oxygen barrier to preserve your coffee’s freshness. These coffee capsules are compatible with Nespresso® Original Line model brewers.
Compostable Soft Pods
For a convenient and eco-friendly packaging option, choose compostable coffee pods. The pods are made with BPI® certified materials that break down in soil and are easy to use — customers won’t need to separate the lid, cup, and filter to compost. Try our One Cup Soft Pods, perfect for any Office Coffee Service program.
Portion Packs
Our portion packs package coffee in a pillow pack. The coffee is precisely measured for the perfect brew every time, and the package is ready to put on the shelf. Simply open the portion pack and pour loose, ground coffee into a brew basket and hit brew.
Traditional Coffee Bags
We offer traditional coffee bags ready for wholesale distribution and retail. These bags contain the coffee in a plastic and foil wrap sealed for freshness with a tin tie.
Cold Brew Pitcher Packs
For coffee products designed for cold brewing, Joe’s Garage Coffee offers cold brew pitcher packs. These sleeves are ready to brew — customers can steep and serve their cold brew without measuring or grinding beans. Cold Brew Pitcher packs are perfect for large batch cold brew without the mess.
Our Precise Coffee Co-Packaging Process
Joe’s Garage Coffee has spent more than 20 years in coffee co-packing, allowing us to deliver consistent results in a short time frame. We complete all co-packing processes in our modern facility with innovative machines and technology. Our coffee co-pack process includes these steps:
- Consultation and submission: Send us your roasted coffee and brewing instructions, including the coffee-to-water ratio.
- Sensory evaluation and brewing: Our sensory panel brews and samples your coffee following Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) cupping protocols, documenting the cup quality, flavor, acidity, fragrance, body, aroma, and taste profile.
- Sample packaging and feedback: We’ll produce coffee samples, ensuring each meets your standards and is consistent. After you receive these samples, you can assess them to ensure your coffee meets your expectations. We will keep adjusting your coffee product until we get it right.
- Final production and packaging: We’ll package and label your finalized coffee product, adding custom branding and logos.
