    What Are Your MOQs by Format and Typical Lead Times?

    Our MOQs for all our coffee formats and typical lead times are flexible. Whether you are interested in purchasing coffee bags, cups for Keurig®, pods for Nespresso®, or another format, you can start with a low MOQ and scale as your demand increases — we have the capacity to support high-volume orders. For delivery, reorders usually take three weeks, while new custom-printed packaging ships in about six weeks.

    Do You Offer Compostable or Recyclable Packaging Options?

    Yes, we offer both compostable and recyclable packaging options to meet your brand’s sustainability goals. Our compostable cups for Keurig® are certified by the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI®). Our Nespresso®-compatible pods are primarily made from the widely recycled #5 plastic. You can also choose aluminum or compostable paper-based pods for Nespresso® to further appeal to your eco-conscious customers.

    Do You Support Amazon FBA and 3PL Shipments?

    Yes, we support your Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and other third-party logistics (3PL) shipments. We handle all specific fulfillment center requirements, from precise labelling and packaging to careful palletizing, streamlining your e-commerce operations. Our team also provides guidance to ensure you are compliant, helping you avoid costly fees and rejections.

    Do You Ship Internationally and Offer DDP Support?

    No, we currently do not ship internationally or offer delivery duty paid (DDP) support for your shipments. Our primary focus is serving clients based within the U.S. However, for large-scale prospective clients, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your unique needs, as our capabilities may evolve.

    What Are Your Payment Terms?

    For our payment terms, we offer Net 30 upon credit approval. This means you will have 30 calendar days from your invoice date to make the full payment, rather than paying immediately. We aim to support your cash flow and growth as a valued, long-term partner, providing you with helpful financial flexibility.
