HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
At Joe’s Garage Coffee, our cold brew pitcher packs are available with a wide range of flexible and high-quality services so your customers receive the fresh-tasting coffee they’ve come to expect. We ensure that you’ll always receive the flavor profile you crave by offering superior contract packaging services. To guarantee these high standards, our environmentally friendly packs are manufactured in our FDA Registered and Approved, USDA Organic Certified, Kosher Certified, and Fair Trade Certified facility utilizing high oxygen barrier materials, and nitrogen flushing to extend shelf life.
- STEP 1: Choose your service level – Roast-to-Order, Co-Packaging, or Toll-Roasting.
- STEP 2: Roast-to-Order: We can create the perfect product just for you from our inventory of available beans. Co-Pack: Send us five pounds of roasted coffee and your optimal brewing instructions (coffee:water ratio), and we’ll directly co-pack your coffee. Toll-Roast: Send five pounds of your green coffee and a recipe for roasting, including the coffee’s region and grade, drop time and temperature, and roast color number. Want to benchmark a competitor’s coffee? No problem, simply send us samples and our sensory panel will match it.
- STEP 3: We’ll then create in-house samples to match your specified roast, taste, and brew profiles. Our sensory panel will determine the taste, quality, and extraction levels, making recommendations as necessary. We use standard SCA cupping protocols for all of our sampling.
- STEP 4: Once our sensory panel has approved the best possible product, we will send you free samples so you can taste and provide any additional feedback. When it’s time to package your cold brew pitcher packs, we will lock-in your approved specifications and create a delicious new product you’ll be proud to showcase as your own.
You can expect to receive standard reorders in just three weeks. For custom-printed materials, please allow six weeks to ensure the highest quality printing. With our fast and flexible co-packing services, we guarantee a private label coffee product that you’re proud to offer your customers.
